Bookings are made via the web form or by sending an email to the above address. A booking is valid only after receiving a non-refundable booking fee, the amount of which will be specified. The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival, in CZK or EUR.
The booking fee is non-refundable. Due to limited capacity, we do not offer the option to cancel.
The organizer is not liable for losses or damages caused by visitor negligence, bad weather, or third parties. Any complaints must be submitted without undue delay.
The organizer is not responsible for damage to visitors' property, including vehicles, tents, and other equipment. Participants enter and use the campsite at their own risk.
Visitors must follow the campsite rules, comply with organizer instructions, and show respect toward other guests.
Each visitor is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or persons they brought to the event, to the campsite facilities, equipment, or property of other visitors.
The organizer reserves the right to change, limit, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, natural disasters, government intervention, pandemics, etc.) without compensation.
Visitors acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event for the purpose of promoting the camp. If they do not agree, they must inform the organizer in advance.
Available: tent pitches, caravan parking, showers, toilets, electric hookups, charging stations (for a fee), and food zone (breakfast, lunch, dinner, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). Parking is only allowed in designated areas.
Sanitary facilities may only be used by registered guests. All waste must be disposed of in designated containers, whose locations will be marked on site.
The organizer reserves the right to immediately expel anyone who violates the site rules. No refund will be issued in such cases.
By submitting a booking via the form or email, the customer consents to the processing of their personal data (name, surname, email, phone) for the purpose of the reservation and operation of the campsite. Data will not be shared with third parties and will be stored only for the necessary period.
